Dr. Ross has practised full-time Emergency Medicine at the Royal Jubilee and Victoria General Hospitals since 2001. She has extrapolated her proceduralist skills into her aesthetics practice for over 4 years and plans on expanding that area of her medical practice.
She is also a clinical assistant professor at the University of British Columbia, and the Program Director for the Royal College Emergency Room speciality training program on Vancouver Island.
As an academic physician and coordinator of continuing medical education, Dr Ross takes pride in staying current in the ever-changing field of aesthetics to ensure subtle, natural, safe results.
Bachelor of Science with Honours at Mt. Allison University, MD at the Memorial University of Newfoundland. Speciality Training in Emergency Medicine at Queens University, and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Kelly has been a Registered Nurse (RN) since 2013. She began her nursing career in the Emergency Room at the Royal Jubilee hospital, then quickly advanced her training to become a Critical Care Nurse. Kelly has worked full time in the Intensive Care Unit since 2015, where she became proficient and passionate about burn care. After many years being a mentor in her own unit, Kelly also began formally teaching as a clinical instructor for the Critical Care Speciality Program.
Kelly has been a client of aesthetic services since 2017, and this is where she discovered her love for aesthetic nursing. With her strong assessment skills, attention to detail, personable nature, and love for the industry, joining the world of aesthetics was the perfect next step for Kelly.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Victoria. Critical Care Nursing Specialty from British Columbia Institute of Technology. Botox and Filler certification by The Botox Course program.
Philosophy
Kelly believes that Medical Aesthetics should not be viewed as a luxury, but rather as primary care and preventative medicine for the biggest organ in your body… your skin!
Nicole is a certified aesthetician with a decade of experience in the industry. After graduating from John Casablanca Institute in Vancouver, she quickly knew that medical aesthetics was her passion. Nicole thrives on building relationships with her patients as well as providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere for each and every treatment she offers. Nicole love to spend her free time outdoors exploring all this beautiful island has to offer.
Laura is a lover of all things vintage and old Hollywood. She originally hailed from Victoria, but moved to Toronto and Vancouver to study Fashion Design and Marketing. Her background in fine art, with a Degree from Emily Carr, has helped hone in her creative skills. These days she is happy to call Victoria her home. In her spare time, Laura like to create videos for her Youtube channel about makeup history and 20th century pop culture.
