Dr. Ross has dedicated her career to full-time Emergency Medicine since 2001, serving at the Royal Jubilee and Victoria General Hospitals. With over four years of experience, she seamlessly integrates her proceduralist expertise into the field of aesthetics. Beyond her clinical practice, she holds the role of Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia and serves as the Program Director for the Royal College Emergency Room specialty training program on Vancouver Island.
In alignment with her commitment to holistic care, Dr. Ross established Aestheva, a boutique medical aesthetics clinic. This specialized facility is a testament to her belief in personalized and science-backed treatments
Carlena Partlo began her career in 2018 specializing in the Neonatal ICU. In 2019, she specialized further into the Pediatric ICU. Carlena continues to practice as a PICU RN, loving the critical thinking, attention to detail, & communication in the acute setting. Carlena’s journey in the aesthetics world began as a client in 2016. With regular treatments, the feeling of “home” within the industry became apparent- career & passion soon collided. Carlena brings a keen eye to detail, client-specific care & a comforting presence to the world of aesthetics.

Erica is a certified laser technician and medical aesthetician with several years of experience in the industry providing medical and cosmetic treatments. With a background in massage therapy and over 20 years working in spas all over the world, it is Erica’s pleasure to meet new clients and have them intrust her in their care and attend to their specific skin care needs. Erica loves learning new treatments and is inspired by everything. In her free time Erica enjoys her family, travel and the outdoors.
Karley is a Blanche MacDonald graduate, freelance makeup artist by trade and loves pairing great skin with makeup.In 2012 after working for a few well known spas in Vancouver, she made the move to Victoria where she continued her work in the beauty industry. After managing a spa and stepping away to have two children, Karley is happy to have made her way back into the medical aesthetics world.
After completing the AVEDA esthetics program, Stephanie immersed herself in the world of beauty and wellness.
She took a heartfelt break as she stepped back to embrace the joys of parenthood. During this time, she kept her creative passions fueled with floral design work in the wedding industry.
Reinvigorated she has returned to the industry not just to revisit her roots but to nurture a passion for medical aesthetics.
